• 30% of the total amount will be charged upon reservation (non-refundable). The remaining amount is to be paid at the time of check-in;

• Any services purchased as part of the package, and not used during the stay, will not be refunded.
• Portimão Municipal Tourist Tax: It will be charged at check-in per guest aged 13 or older, up to a maximum of 7 nights’ stay, €1 per night (from November 1^st to March 31^st) and €2 per night (from April 1^st to October 31^st). Prices are not subject to VAT.
